The Boise Centre in-house culinary team is the exclusive provider of food and beverage service for all events held at the facility.

Our menus highlight American and International flavors complimented by our wide selection of locally sourced products. Boise Centre has partnered with Idaho Preferred and Buy Idaho in an effort to purchase as many products as we can from local and regional producers.

The Boise Centre Food & Beverage Department has an established menu, but also works to establish custom menus and offerings to meet the needs of its clients.
