The Eyries features fully carpeted, 24,426 square feet of column-free space with 20-ft drop ceilings. The Eyries can accommodate up to 1,800 people for meal functions, or a maximum of 157 8x10 exhibit booths. Directly adjacent is a 3-bay loading dock, and a 12-ft x 16-ft drive in ramp.
The Eyries can be divided into 3 rooms: the Golden Eagle at 9,322 square feet; the Flying Hawk at 7,080 square feet, and the Falcons at 8,024 square feet. Additionally, the Falcons Room can be divided into 3 rooms: the Peregrines at 3,400 square feet; with a hallway that separates the Kestrels, at 2,080 square feet, and the Merlins at 1,508 square feet.
